Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or university degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)
Must have at least B2 level German language proficiency at the time of application; C1 expected by the end of the first scholarship year
Must be accepted to or applying to a German university or research institute
Must be actively involved in voluntary or community service
Must identify with the values of HSF, including democracy, the rule of law, and human rights

There is no fixed deadline. Applications are accepted year-round. Selection rounds take place in January and July each year.
