1,225 testimonies collected across the entire Strip, from the North to the ruins of Rafah. Undeniable data coming from UN agencies, associations, entities, and international organizations such as MSF, Save the Children, and World Central Kitchen, still active in Gaza. One conclusion: “The State of Israel, through its official institutions and any individual or entity acting under its direction, support, or control, has violated its obligations under the Genocide Convention.”
This is the finding of the latest report by the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR), one of the most reputable and well-established Palestinian NGOs, chaired by prominent lawyer Raji Sourani, who, together with his legal team, represents victims from Gaza and their families in proceedings before the International Criminal Court (ICC).
“Nothing is comparable to what is happening,” Sourani emphasizes in the introduction. “In twenty months, Palestinians have faced atrocities unprecedented in modern history.”
